Lenses stolen in Houston TEXAS JUNE 19th 2026

Savage Henry Films is seeking information regarding several high-value cinema lenses that were rented through our equipment rental operation and have not been returned.

A police report has been filed regarding the missing equipment, and the matter is currently under investigation.

These lenses are professional cinema equipment with identifiable serial numbers. If you have purchased, been offered, or have information regarding any of the items listed below, please contact Savage Henry Films or your local law enforcement agency.

50mm T2.2 Cooke Panchro Classic No. 3050-0154 / 75mm T2.2 Cooke Panchro Classic No. 3075-0154O

Someone posing as a legitimate photographer “Jason S.” set up the FRAUDULENT rental. They sent a “PA” David AYALA BERNAL to pick up these lenses, and then ghosted upon return time.

Their thimble provided COI was INVALID, and I expect their invoice payment to end up getting reversed. If anyone has fallen prey to a similar fraud please be in touch so that I can forward the info to the authorities. These items are not available for legitimate resale. If you encounter these lenses being offered online, through a rental marketplace, or through private sale, please do not purchase them. Instead, please document the listing and contact us or law enforcement.
